About Our Return Policy
The Customer may return any unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise within 30 days of the order delivery date and shall be refunded the full original form of payment. Returns made after 30 days of the order delivery date confirmed by your tracking number cannot be refunded.
Reasons For Return
1) DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS OR ORDERS
- In the unfortunate event that a product is defective. Ex. It is clearly ripped, broken or unusable.
- Product received is totally different from the order. Ex. Requested product A, but received product B.
- The size sent is not the same as the initial requested one. Ex. The Customer requests size XL and the product received is labeled with size M.
2) PRODUCT DOESN'T FIT EXPECTATIONS:
- We recommend choosing 1 size bigger than usual. We do not accept returns for size error orders unless they arrive damaged, so please make sure to order the correct size.
How To Make Returns1. Contact us by email at email@example.com or our Facebook page here. Provide us with your order number and a brief statement explaining the reason for return.
2. Once your return is approved, you will receive an emailed along with a return confirmation number within 24-48 hours. Keep this written down until you mail your package.
3. When ready to ship your return, please address your package to the shipping address which will be provided with your order:
4. Use a trackable and insured shipping method to return your package, with your order number and return confirmation number clearly printed on your shipping label. We do not accept COD returns.
5. You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed.
6. Please allow up to 24-72 hours for your bank to credit the refund back to your payment method.
